I contacted the manager, who confirmed that the cancellation had been processed, yet I am still being billed. The manager then advised me to reach out to the district manager. However, I don’t believe I should have to escalate this issue further simply to cancel my membership and receive a refund for the unauthorized charges. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly and confirm the cancellation, as well as issue a refund for any charges made after my initial cancellation.
