That’s why I can’t wait till my time is up in this wheelchair so I can switch companies. I am a T5 paraplegic and I got a flat tire on my wheelchair and they wanted me to drive almost 2 hours to where they’re at to go get a loaner chair or they said I would have to wait two months just for someone to come out and look at it But thank God bicycle tubes are the same as these wheelchairs. You can’t ever call and talk to someone it’s just so messed up because this wheelchair is my legs It’s how I get around!
