When I did get them, the progressive transition felt off but I figured I needed to adjust to them. After wearing them for a month of travels and not being able to read my mobile phone screen, I came in and was instructed to call their corporate service number, then complete online forms, which I did. This required several phone calls. Two weeks later, I hadn't received a response. I called the store who put me on hold for 8 minutes only to come back to say there was nothing they could do. I am now stuck with an expensive pair of glasses that don't work for me. I'm reverting to my 3-year-old Warby Parkers and my family will not return to LensCrafters.

I walked in and was immediately attended to by the manager (sorry forgot your name) who was so friendly and professional. He immediately knew what to do to adjust my glasses, which had NOT been purchases at a LENSCRAFTERS, and did not charge me for the service. Absolutely recommend this place!
