I would give them a zero if I could. I have been going to this Kroger for 30 years. The pharmacy tech with the short blonde hair said derogatory things to me and I took up for myself. Now when I go through the drive-thru she won't wait on me she gets another tech to wait on me. She needs to grow up and do her job. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to no one. I have since transferred my prescriptions to CVS!!

I would give it a zero if I could. Horrible staff. I was pulling up to window 15 min before they are supposed to go to lunch and the literal pull the curtain down to say they are closed. The previous day I try to get my scripts picked up when I got a message they would be ready after 2 so I show up only to be told to come back later that evening as they are not ready. The lady working the counter is super rude and has no empathy. Meijer so 100 times better than this place and so worth the out of my way drive.

I want to put a shout out to Sam who works in the pharmacy department, this girl went above and beyond when I was sick I had no one to bring me medicine as I live by myself, Sam offered on her own time to bring me my medicine, it is people like her that are heroes in our world today. Thank you so much Sam you have no idea how much it helped me that day, and it truly did restore my faith in humanity. If one of her bosses read this please make sure she is acknowledged, you don’t find A lot of good people like this anymore. Sam have a merry Christmas and a happy new year and know that you helped an old lady when she needed it most! God bless you!
