First, it's chaotic and severely understaffed, so expect long wait times for your prescriptions. Medications are frequently misplaced, and the lines are always long because the pharmacy simply can't keep up. Most of the experienced pharmacists have left for good reason-there's never enough support for them, and they're overwhelmed, doing the work of multiple people. Management is fully aware of these issues but remains indifferent, doing nothing to fix the problems. Kroger headquarters needs to step in and overhaul this location. It's frustrating and unfair to the customers who deserve better. Some employees treat you with complete disrespect and a lack of compassion. There are much better pharmacies out there that are more efficient and actually treat you like a person. I wouldn't even wish this place on my worst enemy.
