- BHBrian HaasSep 20, 20251.0I have had the worst experience in customer service ever. In my life dealing with the pharmacist, the young Indian woman. I believe she is biased judgmental and very disrespectful several times on different occasions. She has hung the phone up on me. Put me on, hold and never returned to the call. She's told me that she is going to do certain things. When I finally do talk to her like contact my doctor for my mental health. Medication refills never does it. I know that because I've called the doctor and the pharmacy has never contacted them. So I have now, after 12 years of dealing with Kroger, no longer use their service at the pharmacy and have moved to another chain location where I am treated as an equal, not unfairly.

- CEChris EnglandJun 15, 20221.0Just went to the pharmacy and they tell me they could not fill it cause a different pharmacy already did after asking nicely for them to call cause I know it was a mistake they refuse so I leave drive home and call the pharmacy that supposedly filled it they said no they didn't and it's nowhere on there that they did so I call back to southern plaza and they tell me it's ready after they've already made me drive all the way back home lol with gas at $5.25 the lazy irresponsible pharmacist wouldn't even do her job and then wanted to hang up on me when I start getting mad like any person in this world would if they just drove 15 miles to go get a prescription that they said was already ready before you came and got it and then wouldn't even make a phone call but she would give me the number to call even though it was a mistake on their end not mine
