I have had the worst experience in customer service ever. In my life dealing with the pharmacist, the young Indian woman. I believe she is biased judgmental and very disrespectful several times on different occasions. She has hung the phone up on me. Put me on, hold and never returned to the call.
She's told me that she is going to do certain things. When I finally do talk to her like contact my doctor for my mental health. Medication refills never does it. I know that because I've called the doctor and the pharmacy has never contacted them. So I have now, after 12 years of dealing with Kroger, no longer use their service at the pharmacy and have moved to another chain location where I am treated as an equal, not unfairly.
