- RRRonboJun 23, 20245.0I have shopped at Kroger stores on the east side of Indianapolis for more than 50 years. In the last two years I have noticed a decline in service and attitude of employees. At times they have been very rude to customers so I switched to shopping at the Linwood store and couldn’t be happier. The check out people Are always pleasant, fast and professional. The pharmacy techs are the best in town of all pharmacies. Today I called in for prescription refill at opening time and got a call back that my prescription was ready. ( less than 20 minutes) Matt and Syd in the pharmacy are so good and customer oriented. Kroger should be proud of this pharmacy. Keep up the great work!
