- FMFrank MarvelJan 3, 20261.0Messed up my prescription on a mukti-day series. And in order to get out if doing work, they transfered my perception to another store. I will NOT be going to Kroger for prescriptions. Same thing happened at Twin Peeks. Don't GO here if you NEED medications!!!! Also, so everyone doesn't think this is a single petty review, this has been a multi-year long issue with this company where every 3 months wither the supply is out or there is some other reason why they cant get me my prescription. Im considering Walgreens prices over Kroger's quality. Also, Kroger treats their pharmacists like crap, so that's probably why nothing works here
- TWTangie WoodsOct 5, 20251.0The worst service. The Pharmacist was rude and so was all the other staff. They don’t answer the phone. Then you go in for just a refill and have to wait 20+ minutes. Just to request a refill. Then this last time the tech didn’t even request it. I never got never got a notification it was ready. I went back and of course she never put it in. Great service!
