    I have had both positive and negative experiences as a customer of this pharmacy, however I feel that way about most pharmacies I have patroned in the last few years. I was extremely grateful to the pharmacist, Joe, during my most recent experience! Long story short, I had several issues attempting to get a medication filled for my son that has been unavailable due to shortages. Once it became available there were additional issues getting it refilled. Joe took the time to listen to my set of circumstances and was able to fill it for me. On top of that, he expedited processing as our family was leaving for a trip out of the country in the next few days. I was so incredibly appreciative of Joe and his willingness to help! His kindness and understanding meant so much!

    Everyone has always ben nice and helpful here. Yesterday the pharmacist Joe pushed through two medications literally at the end of his shift just so my fiancé would have some relief overnight. He didn't have to do that, it was so kind!

    Again, as others have stated they have really gone down hill. Don't answer phones, drive up is always closed, rude checkout person today... Huffing and puffing and I heard the lady in front of me ask when a prescription would be ready and the worker said "well he is enrolled in texts so he will receive a text when it's ready". Wow.. helpful.

    This is the worst pharmacy in the Geist area. Please go elsewhere! Staff does not know how to do their job. They lose prescriptions; claim they got an electronic prescription, even give a price quote, and then lose the prescription! Every one needs to be retrained how to do their basic job. Terrible terrible terrible.

    I'm not sure the previous reviewer gets out much. This Kroger is great! Especially in comparison to the Kroger on German Church and Pendleton Pike. Talk about ghetto. I drive past that Kroger all the time to come to this one on Fall Creek.
