They get 1 star only because 0 stars isn’t available. Tried calling the pharmacy for six hours today. six freaking hours. And then I get there they’ve got the script that was called in last night but they still got to put it together. this Pharmacy has sucked for a very long time, and it’s getting no better. I moved my scrips from here 6 years ago. My daughter is now moving hers. Had enough!

The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Took a week to get my prescriptions transferred (generic prescriptions, not controlled substances). Took 4 phone calls, two of which I was hung up on, & 2 visits. One to ask about the status only to find that it still wasn’t filled & the second to pick it up only to have a confusing experience with the tech. She had me read off the GoodRx coupons (every sing other pharmacy I have gone to just types it in off your phone). I’m only saying this because she put the code in wrong. When I went to ask about this she assured me that she could hear me under my mask. I asked if she would look at the phone & type the code in & she refused. At the end of the day it turns out they filled one prescription for 90 days which I was informed is their standard unless I ask otherwise. This is fine, except for the fact that the other prescription, which was also written for 90 days, was only given a 30 day supply. Extremely frustrating experience.
