The hospital sent prescriptions to this pharmacy hours before her discharge and when we went to pick up the medicine they weren't filled.... NOT FILLED! She doesn't have her mandatory antibiotics because they didn't call us to say the insurance company denied them without pre-authorization. Seriously! How would we possibly know this information without a call? We could've had a doctor call before her discharge but now it's too late. No pharmacies are open because of Covid-19 and were basically screwed. NO antibiotic...NO pain medicine... No nausea medicine! Thanks for potential sending my mother back to the emergency room during a freaking pandemic... thanks a lot! Unacceptable!!
