I don't know what it is with this drive-through at the pharmacy like the young girl dark hair. NEVER knows what she's doing I just sat in line for 15 minutes It should be pick up and go not wait for me to call my insurance.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The girl on the phone had no clue what she was doing and then transferred me to a pharmacist who caught the mess up of the said girl on phone only to be rude, condescending and said she will take an hour to fill my son’s meds because she said i was rude. Unbelievable that Kroger allows such egregious behavior. Go literally anywhere else.
