The girl on the phone had no clue what she was doing and then transferred me to a pharmacist who caught the mess up of the said girl on phone only to be rude, condescending and said she will take an hour to fill my son’s meds because she said i was rude. Unbelievable that Kroger allows such egregious behavior. Go literally anywhere else.

The pharmacist has personally taken time to discuss the medications with me, as well as any delays that occurred in the past which were always resolved within 24-48 hours even for supply shortages which are usually out of the pharmacy’s control (Impressive)! I’d say that this pharmacist & the entire staff are aligning with their mission, vision & values in the most positive way. Everytime I call & go to pick up, I’m greeted with a positive attitude (& I know they deal with a lot!) Plus they give my daughter a sucker whenever she asks for one! Very personable experience for myself & my family. I hope the pharmacist & staff are recognized for their outstanding commitment to ensuring the people are safe with their prescriptions!
