  I just became a new donor a couple of weeks ago and I've been a plasma donor for almost 20 years!!! The facility is pretty clean, quiet, and the staff are awesome. I did have one issue where my name wasn't called to get screened, but I talked to management and the handled it professionally. I'll keep coming back as long as I know they're willing to take care of their donors!!! 👌😁

  Ked plasma is a great place to get extra money by donating your plasma. And even better it also helps countless cancer patients also. You make $100 are first two or three donations. Depends on the promotion they're having. They're professional and the staff is always friendly!

They make the donation process smooth and comfortable, always taking the time to answer questions and ensure everything goes well. I truly appreciate their dedication and care—highly recommend!

  The employees are just bad at communication. The quality control side of the staff has their own schedule that the rest of the center doesn't know. So if you change your address, despite bringing in mail. If the quality manager isn't present, you'll get deffered until your piece of mail can ve reviewed. But no one knows when that staff member will be there to review your mail. So you just gave to gamble and show up hoping they are around. The phlebotomists also like to talk down on customers that have poor veins behind their backs. Instead of talking to them politely. The say poor things about people to other customers. And then act with a bad attitude because the person with poor veins is going to cause them to have to stay late that night until their donation is finished. Also don't trust all the recent positive reviews. The center is bribing people with goodie bags for good reviews. Seems to be a common practice amongst plasma centers recently. Instead of actually addressing the issues that these bad reviews bringing to light. Instead the bury them with false fire star reviews. Do better.
