  Maddie checked me in did a great job as always one finger wouldn't work dried up I guess lol other one tho good hit Brittany set my machine up and stuck me did I good job had to adjust it but she did it like a pro so no complaints and still got to say sorry for asking Brittany if she's pregnant I found out the hard way you don't ask girls that but there was a great team the other night Christmas Eve Savannah Asia was there Brittany Maddie just want to say it's a great atmosphere great place .5 🤩( 12-31-25) Had a great experience Asia did my vitals did a great job even there when she is sick ,Tori stuck me was a bit off had to fix but worked out about the middle Medina had to take out the needle and restick me she really is one of the best here answered every question I had restuck the right arm blood went everywhere but like a pro Medina cleaned it all up omg my blood went all over the place all over here and my face juicy vein ,lol machine kept messing up too need some maintenance or maybe new ones but Medina run that whole side 10 star ⭐ day Thank you Medina for handling all that so well guess your my new favorite.my vote for employee of the month....

  eave ya plugged up dangerously to long after finished,stick multiple times,staff doesn't fix machine,leaves you thier, hr after high pressure,won't fix machine.Told was deferred for touching machine like primed, like I work here ,like they always do. Said pumping 84 pump they pumped 100 ,I feel light headed and like i might die. Don't recommend this place to anyone unless trying to kill them eventually like a dice gamble which time you die from.

  Everytime I try to go and donate, there is ALWAYS a problem with the kiosk and every single time I try to tell one of the workers, they literally act like they don't care to fix them like it's not part of their job. I am always the first one at the door and Everytime the kiosk doesn't work, it puts me behind 8 people. I'm going back to BioLife since the workers actually seem to care about their jobs and donors because this is the 6th time I've tried to donate and the workers don't help let alone do their damn job and of course corporate is too stuck in their ways to give a damn to even train or discipline their damn workers. If you see this review, DO NOT GO DONATE AT THAT CENTER! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

  Everyone that I've talked to, that works there, are always amazing! Super clean, well ran, good let fast, and very chill atmosphere!!! I absolutely love this place, and I've been to quite a few of them. This one however wins, for me, hands down!!!
