  Healthcare providers aren’t what they used to be. First I’m clinical myself so I hate when I come into contact with healthcare professionals that just don’t listen. I asked for a blood test due being exposed for mold. It could have helped test for allergens. I was given a chest x-ray and topical cream for what she said was acne. My daughter got a blood test for mold at the minute clinic at CVS. That’s where I should have went. Total waste of time. I wish I felt more comfortable sticking up for myself for the treatment I pay for, now instead of paying one doctor I have to pay 3. This is exactly why people don’t go to the dr. It’s really becoming a bunch of people up for a money grab. The NP had good enough bedside manner but for some reason just because she was treated for a fungal lung infection in the past she thought the allergen blood test was unnecessary for me. Quality of care complaint submitted.

  First time ever having to go to Urgent Care and came in with back problems, the experience from the check in to being discharged was professional and they called 24 hours after to make sure everything was ok

  The doctor did a wonderful job of making my son feel comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and made our thoughts and concerns feel heard. The administrative staff is always friendly, efficient, and professional at this location too.

  girlfriend and I went in because she was sick front desk lady said just a second then we waited 30 minutes before she was even checked in and they were both on their phones. girlfriend just tried to call back today & was hung up on after asking to hold. quite literally heard them whispering before hanging up.
