  The 1 star has to do with billing. IU uou owe me the cpap machine you took back knowing it was already paid for and the surprise billing of $1042.36 is being disputed. Please provide the documentation that you advised me in December of 2024 or even in January of 2025 that i would be held responsible for $260.59 per month ? I get an invoice in August if 2025 then again in November 2025 and the amounts keep increasing. No one has called or provided the info requested . I will file a complaint with IDOI if this is not resolved . I was told in august that your change in billing companies has caused a delay but that is a you problem not mines . And why did you take back and keep the machine if belonged to me ? If the machine is mine i would like compensation as i was intimidated into returning it .

  All the staff was very nice and friendly. My sleep study staff was very nice and friendly and helpful informative knowledgeable while taking care of me. If I had to recommend a facility for Sleep testing study it would be this facility.
