  I have experienced no less than the best with my I.U. counselor. She is attentive and encouraging. She always affirms when appropriate and guides when necessary.

  The front office staff were friendly and helpful. Even though I was early Dr. Patel saw me very quickly. He was kind, understanding and took a lot of time to understand how best to treat me.He explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood his reasoning and my goals to get on track to feeling better.

  Dhrumil Patel is actually the wort person I’ve ever had to receive care from. We have never met on time, he is near 45 minutes late to almost all of our appointments virtual and in person. I appreciate his soft tone of voice when he delivers harsh judgments and explains to me that he is the physician and I shouldn’t worry myself with questions regarding medication being prescribed by him. I have no confidence in him whatsoever. I am actively looking for care elsewhere. The front desk is rude and unprofessional when answering the phone but I can see why they might behave that way. Being the front lines to an unhelpful incapable individual can’t be easy so I give them grace. Where are my prescriptions being sent to? I say the same place every time and when I go to pick them up where are they??? Nobody knows but they aren’t where I asked them to be sent. If you want a referral for a psychological evaluation you’ll need to see this guy for two years before he will give you a number to a place that has since been disconnected. And then another year to get on the waiting list for where he intended to send the request but didn’t. On multiple occasions he has googled the names of the therapists I have been working with and then proceeds to discredit them based on where they received their degree or what they specialize in, during our in person appointment.
