  The staff is professional. The doctors are great. The billing department is terrible. They only have one way to take payment and this method is not normal. They don't send a paper bill, Which is still the normal way to bill people. They call you on an unidentified private number and tell you paying over the phone is the only option. In a time of phone scams and identity theft, the only method is to trust a person over the phone charging a different amount than what the doctor quotes you. You are there because you are having problems with seeing and you are supposed to read a credit card number off to a stranger over the phone. Oh, you can't pay the bill at the desk either and God help you if you ask for a receipt. Medical bills are a tax write off but receipts are apparently something you might get in 2 to 3 years. The billing system is terrible. The rest of the group is great. The doctors know the newest versions of ophthalmology but it would be nice if I got a bill and was able to send a check. Lastly, I was told by the nurse after my procedure to not strain my eyes and because of my meds to not operate machinery or sign legal documents or make purchases because the meds impair judgement. 3 hours later I get a call from a private number wanting me to read a credit card to pay my bill over the phone. Hypocrisy in action.

  This doctor is very thorough and always brings joy to our visits. Very organized. Very clean.

  Had a 2:00 pm appointment. It’s now after 3 and I’m still waiting. This is ridiculous. Punctuality matters.
