  I appreciate being able to get in quickly. All of the staff were so friendly and genuine. I wish I lived closer so it would be more convenient for me to switch to this location. Sandy Vanwye helped me feel at ease and reassured and heard.

  Nurse that took my vitals was wonderful! NP was wonderful! Room was warm and clean. Appt began on time. NP took time to talk to me. Best experience I have had at IU to date!

  This is to help someone out there reading this review because I know reading reviews helps me this clinic doesn’t answer calls once u become a patient there nor return messages I have left several messages and my calls don’t get returned the ultrasound tech is the rudest person u could ever encounter in healthcare even after I complained no one called me to follow up or reassure me I wouldn’t get her again one time a nurse called, my sister answered the phone and asked them to hold they kept talking by the time I got to the phone and said hello they said do u have any questions then I said I just got on the phone and they simply hung up I called back several times but they of course didn’t answer the phone they also canceled appointments without notifying me not a call a voicemail a message nothing I would see them in the patient portal then puff gone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else because there is got to be a place that actually answers calls returns messages and has great patient care all around but this place is not it.
