  From the time I made my New Pt appointment it was a great experience. Appointment day the person I checked in with was very nice. Then my name was called and I’m not sure if the person was a medical assistant or a nurse but she was very nice and professional. I saw Dr Welchel he was very patient, kind and understanding. I checked out and made a follow up appointment, the person making my appointment was very nice and made sure I had an appointment time that worked with my schedule. I had to go to the lab so the MA/Nurse asked if I knew where their lab was I told her no so she walked me to the lab. The person at the lab check in was super nice and helpful. The person who did my blood draw was very professional and friendly. I have worked in healthcare for many many years and I have to say this is exactly what each and every patient should experience when they have an appointment. What a great experience!! Kudos to the entire staff at this East Washington location!! Great job!! Thank You!!

  I was asked to come in by Anna before my meeting with the doctor for cognitive test. At the end she gave me a piece of paper to hand to the doctor to make sure you went over the results with me. I gave him the paper and he didn't seem to know what it was about and didn't go over my results. I have subsequently called three times over the last week to get my results and I never get a call back. I had Dr Arthur for over 30 years and never had such a poor follow-up experience like this the doctor himself was fine but getting my cognitive test results as an absolute disaster I still don't have them

  The crew that works here is the BEST!! They were so kind and welcoming and absolutely wonderful with my kids. Service was fast and efficient.
