I contacted Home Instead and an assessment was set up in a relatively short time. The caregiver, Brenna C., was assigned and has been a PERFECT match for my cousin! Couldn't have asked for anyone better Brenna has been conscience and very supportive of my cousin, and has gone out of her way several times to help her. There's always been good communication with her and with the Home Instead staff. Home Instead recently started using a monitoring system to help identify times when there might be a dangerous or crisis situation, which has been an added reassurance that my cousin is getting the very best care. I can't recommend Home Instead more -- they have been exceptional!

They have to be ok with my cats (2) and be able to lift my wheelchair in and out of my vehicle. None of them could do that. The office staff (Drew) doesn't listen to anything you say I would say something and have to say it over 5 or 6 times before he heard anything I would say. The last lady I had was 70 and she informed me that I was the laughing stalk in the office. She said that they couldn't satisfy me. They couldn't satisfy me because they couldn't cover the first 2 requirements. They just couldn't fill my expectations which I feel was very minimal.

We will be going elsewhere- and then the agency called and asked why the aide wasn’t clocked in but didn’t know you he aide has not showed up in a week
