- CRCraig RusselburgMar 20, 20231.0Dear "Owner." I have called the number you suggest three (3) times with zero success. Speaking about zeroes, zero techs showed up on April 3. The patients had to wait for techs to drive from Bloomington to assist. I wait every day to get on dialysis. What totally upsets me, is when I get to my chair, the machine is broken. That's happened three times now. Then I am delayed further until I get a new machine--if one is available. Whoever repairs these machines is incompetent. A dialysis machine won't automatically repair itself by rolling it in a corner. The machine needs to be repaired. Unfortunately, that's beyond the capabilities of your clinic. And by the way, "thanks" for hiring the new techs...but they lasted all of one day before they quit. They saw for themselves what a toxic environment your clinic is. This is a critical care facility. Your staff knows that Crew's car wash pays people more ($18) to mindlessly wash cars than to provide critical care for us patients.
