I have never enjoyed the staff as I do at fresenius the tecks are great they answer your questions and if they don't have an answer they call the head nurse over and she always has the answer

This has now changed. High staff turnover and hostile environment. Staff not willing to let patients choose who is going to stick them with needles. Charge nurse claims that she can't stick patients anymore, that newly trained staff could. After observation of unhappy patients that was infiltrated, I asked for the nurse or master canulater and was denied with a horrible attitude. I advised that I had been infiltrated 3x's in 9 months. I advised that I would go to hospital for dialysis, so they honored my request this time only! I have since put in a transfer because I don't want to argue with staff regarding my treatments. Please be advised that they don't have functional equipment and they have their own rules regarding patient care! Very dissatisfied with attempted service and will not recommend to family or anyone else.
