- KDKristi D6 days ago5.0Target Southport Rd optical center is the best! I have been putting off getting my eyeglasses updated because all the places I have gone to in the past took forever! I was always in the office for an hour and a half to two hours if not longer! Someone told me they go here so I gave it a try. It was so simple, so fast, and everyone was wonderful! The doctor was amazing! So nice and informative. She spent as much time with me as I needed and happily answered all of my silly questions. The two girls in the office were also fantastic! They were super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! My appointment began at the scheduled time and I was out of there in 45 minutes! The entire process from doing my paperwork online before I went to picking out my glasses at the end was quick, efficient and seamless. This will be my new place from now on. Also, getting in quickly for an appointment was not an issue like most places! Very easy to schedule online and do all of your paperwork and insurance stuff so when you get there, you are ready to get your exam and be done. Highly recommend!
