I can confidently attest to genuine kindness by the leadership of the team. Ms. Calvert and Mr. Holland run a business with humility and a curiousness about how and who you are. Their overall presence around our office space is clearly genuine and fortunately for the rest of us, clearly comes easy. I suspect anyone using Alluring Warmth will find an assurance of care from this team.

- STS TrustyMar 10, 20241.0I contacted Alluring Warmth Home Care in a panic. They provided some in-home care for my mother-in-law (MIL) after getting discharged too early from Rehab. Fortunately, they were able to provide care relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the workers that came to the house were not acceptable. One of the three aides was very good. Two of them were not. We had cameras. One of the night workers went through all of my MIL's drawers and bedrooms "looking for an extension cord". She also slept quite a bit, including while my MIL was showering by herself. The other aide came out and the first thing she asked for was money for gas. She also went as far as contacting the neighbor across the street asking where she might go to get a PLS loan. And she gave all of us her story of her life. My son put 3 gallons of gas in her car. And then we contacted Alluring Warmth Home Care and cancelled their services. They said "What would it do to make it right"? But the damage was done. All of this served to make my MIL very uncomfortable in her own home. So, as it stands now, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!
