    Nurses and Doctors are excellent! Except front staff never welcome anyone and won't help you in the needs. They are on their personal call while you talk to them. Not professional at all with an attitude.

    I went for allergy testing and was told after the test that it wasn't covered by insurance and would be over $500. They knew before performing the test but waiting to tell me afterwards. They told me I could set up a payment plan but someone would have to call me. They would not let me set up a payment plan in the office. I never got a call. 5 months later I received an email saying that I was going to be charged the full amount due to never paying and they were going to charge my debit card without my consent. After trying to call them for 2 weeks multiple times a day and leaving voicemails I went to the bank and cancelled my debit card. After the charge declined they called me within 5 minutes and set up a payment plan. I requested access to the patient portal and received the email to set it up but I cannot access it and when I called the office they said they have no records of me being a patient.
