I have had inserts less than a week, so I am not sure how long it should take to feel improvement, but at this time I cannot wear them per the instructions I received. My feet hurt more now than before I started wearing them.

Nikki promptly greeted us as we walked through the door. She was warm, friendly, patient, and very informative. I was impressed over the difference the support made when I first tried them on. I purchased a set and I'm on my second day of waring them. I'm noticing a big difference in how I walk and feel. I knew that changing supports, throughout the day, would be a bit of a challenge. Hopefully, it'll become routine shortly. I gave a 5 star rating because of the service. I've been wearing orthotics since I was 16 and I want to see long term what these supports do for me before I rate them.

My salesperson was wonderful. She was easy to talk to, answered all my many questions, and did a wonderful job explaining how the inserts worked and how it would help me. I already feel better after 24 hours. I feel stronger and the burning and tingling is mostly gone. Thank you, Nikki!

I will say the salesman, Xavier, was good at what he did. However, I will say that the purchase of “the system” of arch supports was the worst and most expensive purchase I’ve ever made in my life.
I purchased the lowest cost/least expensive choice and it was still over $2,000. There are no refunds (which is ridiculous), and my podiatrist, I found out after my purchase, does not recommend the arch supports. My doctor told me that the staff at The Good Feet Store are not medically certified. The orthotics from my doctor, which are custom made for my feet, only cost about $300 and are covered by insurance, whereas the arch supports from The Good Feet Store are over $500 per pair (and they say you need 3 sets), are not covered by insurance.
Do yourself and your friends and family a favor, go to a real podiatrist and have your foot pain treated. Save yourself thousands of dollars. I wish I’d never walked into the Good Feet Store, and so does my bank account. Now I’m stuck with these arch supports that are no good and my doctor doesn’t want me using them.
Lesson learned…the hard way.
