The receptionist is not very professional maybe she shouldn’t be working in at a doctors office if she doesn’t like to answer questions. I was a new customer and will definitely not ever go back to for eyes. Perhaps if they didn’t overbook there wouldn’t be so much of an issue with people going way Past their appointment time. Absolutely unacceptable

I hadn’t booked an appointment and I decided to walk in to see how they can help and Sandra at the front desk was more than welcoming and even helped me understand a lot of the terms used when getting glasses. They made me feel very comfortable from the first woman i interacted with to Sandra and the Man I assumed to be the GM. It was very joyful and uplifting experience. Even took my insurance Eye Med & HIPP to get me the best deal possible. Even though walkins were not available they helped me schedule a time that worked best with my busy schedule.Thank you for this I can and will see myself as a long time customer ! I genuinely felt cared about here.
