  It is very easy to schedule and reschedule an appointment if necessary. The receptionist staff was warm over the phone. Having Saturday hours makes attending appointments even easier especially at a time where it seems most physicians are reducing hours here and there even cutting evening hours. Upon arrival the staff is attentive and prepared for check-in. The support staff I encountered for Dr. was efficient and kind. The advanced technology used during the routine eye exam made the whole process smooth and comfortable. For a Wednesday appointment at 1015am I waited no longer than 2 minutes to be called back and was out the door by 1048. Typically I have seen Dr. James Ferguson, who I have always felt to be kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. At this visit I had the opportunity to see Dr. Liam Ferguson and I must say I am glad I had this opportunity. Dr. Liam Ferguson was just as kind, considerate, efficient, and knowledgeable. He didnt make me feel rushed or as if I was just another dollar through the door. He listened to my concerns and clearly explained my prescription and next steps. I highly recommend this practice and think that whichever physician you get to see - youll be in good hands.

  Everything and everyone was great, and I am always very impressed with the service. Special thanks to Mr. Leo - he was super nice! Of course, Dr. Ferguson is at the top.

  No personalized attention. When choosing frames there’s no assistance with what fits your face/head appropriately. You need an appt to pick up your glasses but they aren’t adjusted or fit to your head/ears. Took well over a month to get in for an exam but you’re really just on an assembly line. Also need an apt to have your frames adjusted. Guess when you have Medicaid this is what you get. Ridiculous service. No stars given if that was an option.

  Have been coming here for glasses since I was a little kid, they treat you well and make sure everything looks good and give you recommendations on what they think would look good on you. Definitely would recommend them if you’re looking for a new eye doctor!
