- RTRebecca TrogdenDec 8, 20251.0No personalized attention. When choosing frames there’s no assistance with what fits your face/head appropriately. You need an appt to pick up your glasses but they aren’t adjusted or fit to your head/ears. Took well over a month to get in for an exam but you’re really just on an assembly line. Also need an apt to have your frames adjusted. Guess when you have Medicaid this is what you get. Ridiculous service. No stars given if that was an option.
