- IYiiam yaya4 days ago1.0I do not like my experience. I felt like I was rushed. I went there looking for a primary doctor. He did not exam me.He didn’t even look at the bag of medication‘s I bought with me. I will not be returning.
- MMrs.Blessful !5 days ago3.0I like Northshore in Hammond because of Dr. Aditya Shah and others but, I'm so confused on somethings. I have access to portal but, I do not see any documentation from MA's on visits yes my medication chart is there but nothing else is charted, also why do MA's call patients, then ask us for our DOB/ Name in hallway by the scale??? This is a HIPPA issue for me because that information should be done in privacy of room not in hallway with other patients around. I understand staffing high turnover but just thinking 🤔Thank you for reply you can contact me, I shouldn't have to call office, also you left mo name on whom to contact
- MPMisie PetersApr 1, 20261.0Had an appointment at 830am. Was told at 900am doctor wasn't even there yet. Doctor showed up at 930am and still didn't come to see us right away. Assistant was not very knowledgeable and had no personality. We left without seeing the doctor after being there for a hour. Will not return.

- AHAaron HaugMar 11, 20261.0Today is March 11th. My wife and daughter came home felling like trash as the pediatrician Dr. Alfahel and office staff was not empathetic to our needs. After Dr. Alfahel made my wife cry because the so called doctor was not attentive, cared or even was thoughtful. My daughter had to speak up because she was digging in our business being accusatory. All she had to do was read the notes and she would have understood. Never have felt violated emotionally as dealing with a doctor without compassion. Everyone has a bad day but dont be a bully. You have my last name and you know who my wife and daughter is. You owe them an apology and need to clean up the lack of consideration and empathy in the office. The office is displaying the doctors bad bedside majors. Clean this lack of humanity up please.
