GOOD variety of different machines in there. Bathroom was clean as well. Music wasnt too loud or too low and a good variety. If you forget your headphones, you'll be ok.

- MMMatt MedemaSep 20, 20254.0The employees are friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of running, walking, and treadmill machines and plenty of them. There is a wide variety of weight lifting machines, almost 2 of every kind. I don’t do free weights so no comment there. For an extra $10/month, the deep-tissue massage chairs are my favorite (although at the Hammond location 2 of the 3 have been problematic lately). The hydro beds and lounge chairs are great also. The only negative I have is the music is too loud and not to my liking, but that is usually remedied by playing Pandora on my phone.
