  Don’t get your dentures from here . The lab they sent them to doesn’t know how to make dentures. And I was just told that my immediates are my permanent dentures . And I can’t even talk to my dentist. They suck at making dentures, only good for pulling out your teeth. They just want your money.

  My wife has been coming here for 15 years. They take Medicaid and many other insurance plans. She hasn't had a cavity since she started coming here! My insurance isn't accepted or I could come here too!

  They have a great and friendly staff,top to bottom. Respectful,understanding,and down to earth attitudes. Highly recommend them.

  I had some heath challenges and had to cancel a couple times due to other doctors appointments. The person that answered the phone when I attempted to reschedule was the rudest most insensitive person I have ever come across. When I rescheduled she act as though she didn’t want me at the office. My son had an appointment and they called the morning of his appointment and canceled due to some type of emergency the doctor had. He agreed to come at a later date in spite of the pain he is experiencing with his tooth. He happened to have a class this morning and needed to reschedule but once again the staff was extremely rude. The dentist is really nice but he needs to check his staff on customer service. My family will never return to this place. Broad Smiles is not a good place to go. If I could give no stars.
