- CDCee Dee5 days ago5.0I had an accident/fall, damaging my front tooth, I was so scared to go to any dentist but the ladies on the phone at Broad Smile were so kind and patient with all of my questions and emotions. Dr. Schnepf and Lesley were also very thorough, non-judgemental yet honest, and very compassionate. They were able to extract my fractured tooth, no pain or swelling after, and get me my new pearly white the next day, which fits great and my smile looks better than before the accident. 10/10 recommend. Kudos to Cindy, Christy, Lesley, and Doctor, by my 3rd visit I was excited to go to the dentist for the first time in my life. Will be making the whole family go there.
- ANAyde NunezFeb 2, 20263.0Don’t get your dentures from here . The lab they sent them to doesn’t know how to make dentures. And I was just told that my immediates are my permanent dentures . And I can’t even talk to my dentist. They suck at making dentures, only good for pulling out your teeth. They just want your money.

The person that answered the phone when I attempted to reschedule was the rudest most insensitive person I have ever come across. When I rescheduled she act as though she didn’t want me at the office. My son had an appointment and they called the morning of his appointment and canceled due to some type of emergency the doctor had. He agreed to come at a later date in spite of the pain he is experiencing with his tooth. He happened to have a class this morning and needed to reschedule but once again the staff was extremely rude. The dentist is really nice but he needs to check his staff on customer service. My family will never return to this place. Broad Smiles is not a good place to go. If I could give no stars.
