  This was my first time dealing with Target Optometry. I was able to get an appointment in a short, reasonable amount of time. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early and walked around looking at glasses to kill time. During this time, I couldn't help but notice how well the staff took care of other customers. It was a pleasant surprise when they called my name, no waiting past my appointment time. The Doctor was friendly and professional. This was not my first time seeing an eye doctor so I kind of knew what to expect. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She examined my eyes and I was done in a decent amount of time. The entire staff was awesome but the person whom I spent the most time with, picking out glasses, was Tommy. He is a people person. He knows his job very well and made me feel like a valued customer. There's a lot of places out there that examine eyes and sell glasses. But for me, searching for the place with outstanding customer service at a good price is over. I will continue using this location for my eye care.

  This is a good office but the recent lack of communication is very disappointing and a massive inconvenience. I believe this is due the newer staff they’ve introduced in the past few years. I’ve been a patient of Dr. David for 14 years. This week I came in for my yearly appointment to be told that my insurance is no longer accepted. I completely understand that, but I do not understand why I wasn’t informed before my appointment. I received texts and emails confirming my appointment, but never a notice about the insurance. They did claim to try and contact me, but I have no receipt of this, nor were they able to provide receipt of this. I feel this could’ve been handled better, as they had to have know they no longer accepted this insurance well in advance. Very disappointed to have to find a new doctor so abruptly after 14 years as a patient of Dr. David. If you are looking to be a patient at this location, I recommend taking communication with the office completely into your own hands as this is not the first instance of not being told information until time of appointment that I would’ve needed to know prior to said appointment. Ultimately, it’s an inconvenient office to be a patient of nowadays.

  I don’t normally leave reviews but the staff here are fantastic. I just came in to get an eye exam and some glasses. They are personable and treated me like a human being. Versus most retail experiences with the indifference, passive aggressiveness, and or robotic corporate upsell the whole time.
