  They need to fire Anu!!!! she is always rude it took another tech to get me the correct information she has no customer service skills. Ray was so helpful and everytime I have to deal with Anu its im busy or we dont have it or some other wrong information that makes me jump through hoops with doctor for no reason

  Kroger's pharmacies can't even be called a joke, there isn't anything funny about how absolute trash they are, this particular one even more so. The pharmacy technicians here will flat out lie to you; Refills that are awaiting pickup are unfilled, called in prescriptions and was told they will be ready that same day by 5pm and go to pick it up the following day only to be told by the pharmacy tech that one of the prescriptions is on back order along with the other, then they go to check and find out they have one of them and to give them 20 minutes to fill it. I admit, at least that part isn't completely unreasonable except for the fact that it should've been filled 24 hours prior. Should've been informed while on the phone that the other was on back order. Moving my families prescriptions to another pharmacy, I'm done with this one. Months and months of dealing with this, this isn't just a knee jerk reaction to one had experience. This pharmacy is terrible.

  I have never had a problem here. The line is rarely more than one or two people long at the most, usually I just walk right up and someone is helping within seconds. Can't speak for the drive through as I'm fully capable of waking inside. Staff is polite and you can tell they're busy filling prescriptions but they're still attempting to provide prompt service once they see you. I've never experienced delays picking mine up and nobody has been rude. Cost is fair and I always receive exactly what was prescribed.
