  It was not a good experience, I was skipped over. However Nicole(registration)was wonderful and she apologized. Nurse Practitioner -Erin was not She basically refuted me and challenged everything I was previously told by primary doctor, rehab therapist and the results from my previous X-ray. Her diagnosis didn’t align with what I was previous advised. I didn’t like her condescending attitude and abruptness. She was not nice.

  Had to come here Wednesday 2/11/26 for a work related incident, was told to come back Monday 2/16/26 for a follow up. Front desk person had no clue what she was doing, even admitted it herself. Sat there for an hour while 4 people who came in after me got called back. Told me I was next then they proceeded to call another person back before me. Left without being seen absolutely unacceptable.

  I have always had a pleasant experience coming here, so I’m really disappointed to say this visit was not. I came in with cold/flu like symptoms. Not only was I not tested for anything like I had hoped, the entire visit felt rushed. I was also prescribed a steroid for my “flu-like” symptoms which doesn’t make any sense.

  Excellent care, just like I wanted, doctor didn't treat me like an idiot and he respected my wishes and asked ME what I wanted!

  The 3 times I have been to Urgent Care have been a delight in the midst of not feeling well. My issues were addressed and I have always been treated with respect.
