- AMAmbre Martin2 days ago1.0So far I am very upset that I went there, really wish I could take them back. Sean, the sales person has a really good sales pitch. It hasn’t even been 24 hours and my feet are on fire and throbbing. They did my feet worse!!! When I called him, he was blaming it on the Brooks shoes that I purchased from them more than the insoles. It’s not the shoes. It is the insoles. I came home from work took the insoles out. Feels so much better. Also, They tell you you get a free massage ball if you do a review with them. That too is a lie looking back at my receipt. I was sure charged for that massage Ball. This place is a joke

I was in so much pain with sciatica, herniated disc, and a gout flare and he did a great job of exploring different packages with me. This is an investment and people need to remember that and not get sticker shocked. To me now it is worth the investment. I didn’t want to immediately do a review I wanted to break in my inserts long enough to really provide a honest review and I’m glad I made the investment. Not to mentioned Matthew reached out to me to check if everything was going well. There was another gentleman at the store who was also very friendly. Thank you fellas for helping me 😊

He replaced one of my inserts the first time & this time he checked all 3 because I had been having so much foot pain & I think it was even affecting my knees. Turned out the one I wear most in my athletic shoes desperately needed to be replaced! He suggested I get it checked at least every 3-4 years. Which I will do from now on! I have been using Good Feet Inserts for 20 years. They even kept me from having bunion surgery. Jacob was only 1 yr old then which we were laughing about! I am always recommending Good Feet to someone! So thankful someone suggested them to me over 20 yrs ago. Thank u Jacob & Good Feet!
