  If you’re looking for friendly, competent staff & a phenomenal Doctor- look no further! I drive 1.5hrs each way to see Dr. Smith & his team for my allergy & MCAS needs because they’re worth it.

  The doctors, nurses, and most of the front staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem a bit understaffed, and should replace one of the front counter ladies who is quite unpleasant. I would rather wait around all day to check in/check out than deal with her scowling face and bad attitude every time.

  We were referred by my son's pediatrician for suspected food allergies. Our initial appointment was set for about 3 months out but we were able to get in after about 3 weeks due to cancellations. The front office staff and nurses were great! I wish I could say the same for the Dr., but he seemed very interested in what I had to say and suggested that I give my 7 month old Benadryl every night to 'sedate' him. I was blown away that a Dr would suggest sedating a baby at all, let alone every day. After we left I received a notification from the pharmacy that we had a prescription for my son. I called the triage nurse because no prescription had been discussed with me. Thank goodness I was smart enough to call instead of just assuming the Dr knew what he was doing because it was called in for the wrong patient! Unfortunately our experience wasn't great. I will go back if I'm able to see another provider, but I definitely won't trust my baby with the same man again!

  It was our first time at this place and the front desk staff was not friendly and didn't have a welcoming attitude. Was told to go to the front desk after the shots and they had no idea what was going on. Finally they asked for the sheet we were given and it was to schedule an appointment. For it being our first time, we just were not given directions or made to feel welcome. The only saving grace was the shot room team members and the doctor were nice. I already miss our last allergy shot company.
