I was highly offended when the pharmacist, Brittany, was rude to a patient, a well-respected provider in my office, and myself. I understand patients can over react when not told what they want to hear; however, when the pharmacist is rude to a provider and staff. That speaks volumes on the type of pharmacist that she is. Maybe she was having a bad day, as we all have those, but the unprofessional is indescribable.
