  You know, for someone to literally google a store in order to leave a review, means they must have had a bad experience. If the kid with longer curly hair truly is the store manager, then I sure hope the owner of this franchise eventually reevaluates his decision. I’m very aware of the return policy, as I was an SM with the company during my college days. GNC Return Policy Details - Time Limit: 30 days from the date of purchase. - Condition: Items can be opened, used, or unused. Yet for some odd reason, I was offered a partial refund 7 days after purchase because it was open? I also didn’t appreciate the way he wanted to slam the products on the counter upon me asking for them back to make my return elsewhere and the attitude that followed. Poor customer service, especially from a “manager” who might of wanted to act cool in front of a younger friend. And from the sounds of it, he should brush up on some product knowledge. There was another individual in the store asking about deer antler spray and his immediate response was “I think it’s bucked up being bucked up” followed by “I did some research and didn’t see much.” Way to keep product on the shelf bud, a true sales representative and sales manager would’ve discussed the true features and benefits of deer antler spray, to increase their average dollar sold for end of day reporting. Incase anyone needs to know, especially the staff.. deer antler spray has been known to enhance recovery, aid in additional joint support, improve both libido & immunity while also helping with IGF1 support. Making it the perfect product to stack with any pre workout, creatine, amino acid, and or testosterone booster. I will never purchase from this store again.

  I have called this store for almost a month now asking if they have had new whey protein 42g drinks ? 3 weeks Now I have been told by the Gm and his employees they would be in the next shipment I called on 02/28 to verify this and I just called today to ask if they received the product and the gentleman told me he didn’t know and that I would need to call back on Monday ! I also asked him if he had a inventory sheet he stated he did but it would take forever to go through!!! What a joke !!!
