  We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shin and the rest of the staff at Dr. J Pediatric Dentistry. Dr Shin and the assistant had excellent bedside manner with my four year old's exam and filling. He was thorough in his exam and discussed with us in detail the treatment plan and respected our choices and concerns. The office was very clean and welcoming to children. I highly reccomend this Dentist for anyone with young children.

  Took my daughter here after a referral from her standard dentist to have a baby root canal and a filling done. The office staff never sent over the paperwork that was required before hand so they were not happy that it wasn't completed and yet they still hadn't ran my insurance to make sure that they were in network and that it was covered. Once we waited WAY past our appointment time, they pulled us back into an open concept room (which violates HIPPA and privacy rights for kids) they tried to clean my daughters teeth instead of looking at her referral to see that she was there for a baby root canal. They hadn't even looked at the x-rays that were sent from the original dentist and tried to say they were unreadable and that they needed all new x-rays. The Dr. talked down to me the entire time because I wanted to know how much the procedure would cost and for the new xrays and that I questioned why his first response was to pull her teeth. When I asked why they hadn't look at the referral and x-rays before her appointment, they told me that there was no way for them to do that for each patient because its too risky that they will cancel before the appointment.

  Staff was very friendly and professional. Waiting room was kid friendly to keep little ones busy playing. We went back at scheduled time and were taken care of immediately. Doctor was very educated and made me feel assured my children were in good hands. Doctor asked for my thoughts on treatment plan to ensure I was comfortable with treatment moving forward. Our next appointment was set up in a timely manner and was convenient for our schedule. After going through two pediatric dentists, I can say that I think we've finally found a dental home.

  Dr. J's office does such a great job with my son! Ayla was very gentle, Dr. Bryan provided very thorough explanations, and Beth is always so welcoming and helpful with scheduling! It really is a great pediatric dentistry office :-)

  This has been such a wonderful place to bring my kids for their central services. Beth at the front desk has always been super helpful. Especially when dealing with frustrating insurance issues. Top notch service.
