  I saw Dr. Martini and left the office feeling very bad about myself. She does not smile at all, and does not explain things very well. I paid for an initial exam for her to tell me exactly what I already knew and that is why I am bringing patient in. Did not explain why or anything about anything, just stated exactly what I already said I needed done. I got all of my information from another dentist at the school where we went to get our teeth cleaned. I am not a dentist and I don’t know what questions to ask. So saying do you have any questions is not going to help at all if you haven’t talked about anything. Dr. Martini is the dentist she should know everything and explain it to the patient. I understand she did not want to cause a patient pain and thought it best to send patient to pediatric for sedation but not doing what needs to be done because it may cause patient trauma and the patient may not like the dentist anymore… what??… if a patient needs something done to prevent further health risk I would not be worried about them not liking the dentist! Who cares if they like going to the dentist or not. Not many people enjoy going to the dentist but sometimes it has to be done! I also expressed concern about payment. She could have been very much more sympathetic and helpful but instead she stared at me with an unfeeling, I don’t care this is your fault attitude and the only thing she kept saying was “I don’t want to cause the patient trauma.” I didn’t do this to my child on purpose! I am trying my best in this life. Sometimes things happen and the doctors are supposed to be there to help you out and should be way more sympathetic. I did call the pediatric dentist and found out they were way cheaper than this office. So I do feel better but dang I left that office feeling so bad. Dr. Martini could be much more friendly and sympathetic to patients and their caretakers.

  I was impressed from moment I walked in the door. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The office was very clean and peaceful. The dentist and hygienist took great concern with TMJ I was suffering with for over a year. I saw numerous professionals for this and Dr Oyler was the first that took his time, examined me, and gave me a recommendation of treatment I felt successful with. Would highly recommend for any dental needs!

  From making the appointment with Toni, the kindness, patience and knowledgeable information came from everyone I met. Dr Martini and Amanda were excellent.

  Dr Oyler always does a great job! He takes into consideration all aspects of treatment and is always very professional and knowledgeable. I particularly like the fact that he is always patient and aware of my pain tolerance level - making sure I am never in discomfort.

  I somehow chipped a small portion of my front tooth. I reached out to the office and they scheduled me for the next morning at 9 AM. I arrived, had an examination, and options were shared on how to take care of the problem. I chose to have a filling, Dr. Martini and staff took extra time to be certain the color would be a perfect match. I was on my way in under 45 minutes. I was also greeted by Heather who does my cleanings every six months. Extremely personal and friendly service. Very grateful to have such a wonderful Office and staff.
