  If I could of left 0 ⭐ I would have!!! I was in the granger store on Wednesday afternoon looking at frames. One employee was sitting with a customer, discussing eyeglasses when another larger lady came out and sat next to her. The large lady proceeded toss a feather duster at the employee while she was engaged with her customer and said something to her about it. The employee picked up the feather duster and continued working and completely ignored the large lady. Not 5 minutes later. Large lady proceeded to threaten to choke the same employee over a deposit. I will not be going back to witness this kind of abuse. I assume that the larger lady is some sort of manager because no one who was working came out to stop her from doing these things to the other employee. Not that it makes any of this ok!!?

  I wanted another pair of a previous pair I had bought here along with a new pair of new prescription reading glasses. The reading glasses were too strong to read and then look and do anything (so couldn’t read a recipe and then cook or read and supervise my toddlers in the same room as me at the same time) but an older pair was allowing me to read and focus on something a few feet away. Anyway, they would not order me a new pair or the same prescription as before without a new Dr prescription. Dr Heddle reluctantly scanned the old pair with a machine and wrote out that prescription but when I took it to Eyemart it was off from what the records of what the old pair was and a lower strength. I asked if they could get the same prescription now that we knew what it was and they were visibly frustrated at me for wanting the same prescription of glasses as before.

  I asked about specials that were being run, I was told there are none, but there's an ongoing price for 2 pairs of glasses advertised on the windows... that part frustrated me but Dr. H was great.

  They treated me fine and I really like both pairs of glasses. But it took 3 weeks to get a pair of glasses from the 1 hour Eyemart. When I called to check on them they had to find them because they were under somebody else's name.
