The Starkey product is performing extremely well and far exceeds what I’ve had for the previous 12-ish years. A visit with Brooke and Gina is more like coming to see friends … very warm and inviting and always super responsive to things that come up along the way. This is what a professional relationship should be. 12/16/22 update Coming up on 1 yr with my Starkey- in the ear canal -aids and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like a normal, natural hearing person again and give no thought whatsoever to having hearing aids in my ears. Streaming to my phone is a godsend and interaction between the 2 is flawless and natural with perfect clarity . The regular follow up visits are fast and pleasant. Brooke and Gina are more like friends than Dr/patient and things feel so casual. I give gratitude nearly every day now that I can function normally and it’s been a real difference maker in my life! Thanks to everyone.
