  Very high level of concern from hygienist, Jennifer after I told her about my recent surgery. She and Dr. Deal were careful to make sure it was OK to do cleaning. Jennifer also told me about the available dental plan which will help me to save money. Thanks

  Called in November for an appointment as a new patient, was told they absolutely accept new patients and took my information and when they asked for my insurance information and I said I don’t have any they ghosted me and refused to schedule me because “they didn’t have any spots until January and my needs sounded urgent” and that they would “call me as soon as they could to get me in”. I just called today after never receiving word back and they bashfully said they won’t take me as a patient. Had they told me this when I first called, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

  Dr. Carlton and her Staff are amazing!!!! Several years ago I made an appointment to see her and she changed my life, my experience with Dentists as a child were horrific, I was terrified of going to see the Dentist. She was very patient and understanding and after several appointments I was able to smile again and I can honestly say I am no longer nervous to go for any uncoming appointments!!! She goes above and beyond with her patients and I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me!!! I highly recommend Dr Carlton, she is outstanding!!

  Highly recommend Dr. Carlton and all the staff. I have been coming to this office for a lot of years and have never had anyone take care of me that hasn't been professional, kind,and gentle. They are the best.
