  To SISI facts this location is never open I'd have to drive to the mishawaka location out of my way and get my drinks and protein this is a joke I see all the comments from the owners and yet nothing is being done yet again the store was closed when i got there a few days ago and the store was closed when I came back to goshen how was it STILL CLOSED!!!!! when I got there!! no wonder your losing customers and that nice lady in mishawaka is GONE WHAT THE HELL is happening with this company thank god I refunded my pro this company can go under for all I care!!!!! Get your crap together!!!

  Whoever manages this store does a shitty job. This place is never opened on time. It is 10:52am and this store says it opens at 10. This has happened on multiple occasions. The employees are rude, and if the blonde shorter lady is the manager you guys got some issues keeping her employed. She is always on her phone talking on the phone or texting in store, she just expects you to know everything about every product and it is the end of the world when you ask her a simple question. Shes got the worst attitude ever!!!! Worst management in this goshen location, the mall location is no better. Why is GNC still in business? Gone downhill with these employees you got.

  I have tried to visit this GNC location two times now and each time it says we'll return shortly waited over 30 minutes each time. And still no one ever opened the locked door! 😔

  The posted store hours for Saturday say 10am; however three times now I have shown up on a Saturday morning and the store has been closed. If it was once - ok, sure. Emergencies happen or someone called off and there was no coverage. But three times? Not a good business practice.
