  Went there today and exam went well but when it came to getting glass it was super overpriced and when I said I was going else where and just wanted my prescription they gave it to me but said they wouldn't give me my script for my contacts even though I paid for the contact fitting exam thinking about pursuing legal action and never going here again

  Takes to long to get my son's glasses. We were told 7 to 10 days. Its been 21 days!!!! First time I called they said they would call me back tomorrow and never did. 2nd time they said Tuesday....that was a week ago. Never again. Terrible service.

  I came here for the first time last year, had an eye exam done and ordered glasses. When I got the glasses, they did not seem to work right (I got headaches and could not read street signs, had distorted vision looking at my computer screen, etc.) I wore them for a few weeks to see if my eyes would adjust, which they did not. When I went in to get them fixed, they sent them back to be re-made without doing another vision test to check if the prescription was right in the first place. When the new pair came in, surprise - I had the same issue with them. I came in to get them fixed on two separate occasions after that and not once did they re-check my vision to make sure they had prescribed me the right glasses. Instead, they remade them with different materials in the lenses as a trial-and-error to see if it would help. Finally, I went for a second opinion at a different eye doctor who gave me a prescription that was actually accurate but SO far off from the prescription I'd been wearing from Pearle Vision that they said they could not give me the correct prescription without causing additional headaches and straining as my eyes had been trying to adjust to the incorrect prescription for so long. So we've had to transition back to the correct lenses in two phases, gradually letting my eyes adjust back to where they need to be. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this eye doctor. Even though the staff were always very kind, the bare minimum you should be able to do as an eye doctor is get a prescription right.
