My bad experience was solely with the staff selling glasses at the front of the store. They were far more interested in pressuring me to get 2 pairs of glasses than anything else. They seemed to have no understanding of how vision insurance works or were blatantly lying to me to make more money. I will not be coming back here. I left with my prescription and my husband and I both got glasses online, not using our insurance, for less than 1 pair cost at Pearle Vision with our insurance. We both were covered by 2 insurance plans so make it make sense how we had basically no benefits... The staff can only tell you to "pick cheaper frames" if it costs too much, but no frames have any pricing on them anywhere so all you can do is guess what would be cheaper.

Right after the exam the tech went for glasses that matched the ones I already have and before I could judge them another pair was on the way! They know their stuff and even have glass lenses! Not recommended however due to safety concerns.
