She always genuinely shows she cares and listen to me because she remember things I told her my last visit from months ago so it was great knowing she actually listened and wasn’t just there to do her do her job. She identified an issue and was willing to get me in ASAP to make sure the issue could be resolved while willing to work around my other doctor appt.

From the first time I met Paula she made me feel genuinely comfortable and spoke to me like a woman rather than a doctor.
