  I received amazing customer service with Selena. She was amazing and needs to be recognized. I was looking for specific pair - polarized and UV protection shades, she found me beautiful pair that makes me more feminine. It turns out that the pair I really liked wasn’t polarized but she was able to go above and beyond to order polarized pair. Very happy with her service

  Amy was the best customer service I ever had in my life , if I could go back and buy another pair of glasses I would specifically ask for Amy , and genuinely wait for her to come , I hope she enjoys the rest of her day💕

  I’ve been a loyal customer for years and i’ve always had a great experience. I’ve bought Cartier, Gucci. Tom Ford, Dior and more. It’s a huge selection on designer glasses. Being they don’t take insurance they still gave me a discount to compensate. I have never had a problem with the owner he’s very personal and helpful to me. I have bought glasses from other stores and has corrected any defects without a problem. i can see if he was agitated with another store that got the sale on a pair of glasses but couldn’t service them and expect him to correct their glasses. i’ve gone to him over 10 years and I love it. Also he takes FSA.

  My wife, daughter and I have used SouthPark Optical Center for 20 years. During that time, the owner, Tom Renfro, and his staff have always provided high quality eye glasses and excellent service. Selena and Amy recently assisted my both my wife and daughter in selecting very becoming eye glasses. We strongly recommend SouthPark Optical.
