Even tho I filled out form with my meds/surgeries I had to wait in exam room while n.p put it all in computer. Not time efficient. It took 30 min .
Sick and had to wait .

I have NEVER had such a ridiculous visit as I had today. I wasn’t mad about having to wait 45 minutes passed my daughters appointment, but then the nurse practitioner (Elizabeth Roberts) working seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She had terrible bedside manners and beforehand was very passive aggressive to those in the waiting area. She insisted my daughter needed chest x-rays, told me her “tonsils are HUGE”, told me her O2 was too low and repeatedly asked me the same questions after I had answered them multiple times. She also exclaimed multiple times that she “had no idea what was wrong with my 5 year old” naturally causing her to become terrified and confused. I received a second opinion from a second doctor elsewhere and although she then had a positive rsv test they assured me her lungs sounded fine, her throat was fine and her oxygen was where it needed to be.
I have no idea why this nurse practitioner was so unprofessional and inadequate today but I will not be coming back.

I've had amazing experiences with this Little Clinic for both my children. Ashley is an amazing caregiver. She cares about her patients. I will keep using this clinic when my kids can't miss school. Perfect hours for those working parents who can't miss work too!
