My nurse was very nice. However, "MD" Abraham seemed more worried about his reputation and chasing nurse tail than patient comfort and care. Go somewhere else. They'll make you leave with a higher blood pressure than you came in with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have lived in Frankfort for many years and have unfortunately had a deeply disappointing experience at IU Health Frankfort Hospital's emergency department, which I would rank among the poorest in the region for patient care.
Dr. Abraham displayed a notable lack of compassion and attentiveness, showing little interest in listening to or fully understanding my medical concerns. This dismissive approach made an already stressful situation far worse.
I had hoped that the affiliation with IU Health would bring meaningful improvements in quality and patient-centered care, as I have generally had positive experiences with other IU Health providers. Regrettably, that has not been the case here.
For anyone in need of emergency services, I strongly recommend considering alternatives in nearby areas, such as Lafayette or Lebanon, rather than relying on this facility. It is disheartening as a local resident to see such shortcomings persist in our community's hospital.

Quick service and thorough
Nurses and staff where so nice and on top of there job. Very thorough and caring. Frankfort hospital has come along way. I’d rather be at my hometown Frankfort iu than anywhere. The best service and the staff made it a happy place to be.
